Leave with an automation that works, not a slide deck about AI.
Most AI courses show you what is possible. This one makes you do it. Each participant brings a real process from their own work and leaves with a working automation, plus a plan to scale it across the company.
Who it's for
Process owners, team leads, analysts and “the person everyone asks about AI”. No programming is needed, but you should be comfortable with digital tools. Cohorts are grouped by area of work, such as finance, HR, sales or operations, so you build alongside people facing the same processes.
After this course, participants can
- identify and prioritise the processes in their area where automation pays off
- design reliable prompts and multi-step workflows, and know where AI fails
- build and test an automation with no-code tools and AI assistants
- assess data-protection, security and EU AI Act obligations before going live
- measure the result and make the case for scaling it across the company
How your path adapts
Your skill check shows which modules you already know — many participants skip the AI-basics week and go straight to workflow design. The examples follow your area of work.
Your role in the cohort
Teams of three rotate through three roles. Every participant’s automation is reviewed from all three angles.
Process owner
Defines the problem and what success looks like.
Builder
Designs and tests the automation.
Risk reviewer
Checks data, security and compliance before go-live.
Five weeks at a glance
| Week | Self-study (adaptive) | Live session | Project milestone |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | What today's AI can and can't do; picking the right process | Kick-off: process mapping in area-of-work teams (2 h) | Process chosen, success metric set |
| 2 | Prompting and workflow design | Build clinic (1.5 h) | First working prototype |
| 3 | Tools, integrations and agents | Peer testing: break each other's automations (1.5 h) | Tested version |
| 4 | Data protection, security, EU AI Act | Risk review in role (1.5 h) | Risk assessment done |
| 5 | Measuring value; rollout and governance | Demo day and scale-up plans (1.5 h) | Live automation + rollout plan |
Format & time commitment
8 live hours plus about 3–4 hours a week of self-study and project work. Learners skip the modules their skill check shows they already know.
